Tips to choose Laptop computer

As we know that personal computer can be classified into two big group, one is desktop and another is laptop. Desktop has a big size compare with laptop. So we can conclude that laptop is a personal computer that portable while desktop is a personal computer that is not portable. But desktop give us one advantage compare with laptop. That is, desktop has a better performance than laptop because, we can modified desktop specification from motherboard, processor, memory, hard disk until graphic card while laptop, we can just modified its hard disk and memory. So lets start with the laptop first.

1. Choose the processor.
As far as now most likely laptop computer used Intel core 2 duo with
P and T type. (the highest the number, the fastest computer you will have)

Recommended processor
- For school student (primary-high school)____T7200-T8300
- For college student _____ T8300
- For businessman/ office_____P7200-P8300
- For home_____T 9300 - T9500

2. Choose the memory
As far as I now most likely laptop computer just has 32 bit operating system. So windows just used 3 GB memory out of 4 GB memory. But if we have 64 bit operating system, then windows has more memory to installed.

Recommended memory
- For school student (primary- high school)____1GB
- For college student _____ 2GB
- For businessman/ office_____1GB
- For home_____3GB

3. Choose the hard disk
For hard disk, its depend on what is your data, I cannot give the recommended for student, college student, businessman and home. But i can give the recommended hard disk for type of data

Recommended hard disk
- For setup data ________ 160GB
- For music data ________ 320GB
- For file data __________ 80GB
- For game data ________ 250GB

4. Choose the GPU (Graphic Processing Unit)
GPU or Graphic Processing Unit is used to control the graphics that go to your monitor. A Good graphics card would be fast and show good pictures on the monitor,with a good variety of colors.

- For school student (primary 5,6, secondary 1,2,3 and high school 1,2,3____Intel GMA 4500
- For college student ______ ATI Radeon HD2400 series/ NVIDIA Ge Force 7200GS
- For businessman/ office_____Intel GMA 4500
- For home_____ATI Radeon HD3400 series/ NVIDIA Ge Force 8400GS

5. check for the product endurance

Fact!!!!!!!!!! ( according to experience)
- Acer________ Acer having trouble of its motherboard, its motherboard produce much heat when we playing games. So be careful!!
- Apple_______ Apple computer work fast in mac but when you installed windows on it (2 operating system), the windows may get slower than if you just installed windows on normal laptop like other.
- Asus ________ Asus having trouble with its monitor and casing (the casing may crack)
- HP_______ HP Computer difficult to connect on the internet.
- Toshiba______ Toshiba sometimes having trouble on its DVI connector, so sometimes its hard if we plug the projector connector.
- Sony Vaio _______ Vaio is good . Until now, I never heard vaio having trouble.
